Shipping policy

-We default to UPS Ground as it is a great option for customers located in the southeast since we are shipping from Alabama. We also have 2-3 day shipping options for customers outside of the southeast.

- It is common to have some damage to leaves or stems during shipping. We package everything with extreme care and do not offer refunds for cosmetic damage. Unfortunately we have no control over transport services or the care they take of your packages. In the event of damaged items, please take pictures of the product as well as packing materials and box condition. You are responsible for starting a claim with UPS, but please also forward all pictures and information to orders@botanicahuntsville.com WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT.

- We do not accept returns, but if we make a mistake we will fix it; please email orders@botanicahuntsville.com with any concerns. 

- Our stock changes daily; we cannot provide photos of the exact plant that we will ship to you. The photos on our website show an example of what you will receive. We try our best to update pictures if we receive a plant that looks different than what we have had before.
