Selaginella willdenovii (Blue Peacock Fern) 8" hanging basket
! NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SHIPPING !
Selaginella willdenovii often called the 'Blue Peacock Fern' due to the blue iridescence the foliage has under the right lighting - although it's not a true fern, only a fern ally. Native to Singapore, Peninsular Malaysia, and Thailand where it grows terrestrially winding around monsoon forest floors.
Selaginella willdenovii enjoys shade to bright indirect light, a well-draining potting mix, moderate to high temps, and would absolutely thrive with some high humidity levels. Cannot be allowed to dry out. Frequent misting does wonders as they are able to absorb moisture foliarly.
May need to be repotted yearly.
8" pots available.
