 Monstera sp. 'Peru'

Still an undescribed sp. of Monstera, coming from Peru - hence the name, that is still relatively new to the market. With reptile skin-like, corrugated leaves, this is a favorite among vining/trailing plant lovers. Although technically a climber, the M. sp. 'Peru' does not display the common Monstera trait of ontogeny, meaning they do not develop different looking leaves upon maturity.

Monstera sp. 'Peru' enjoys bright indirect light to brief/partial filtered direct sun exposure, a chunky, well-draining potting mix, moderate to high temps, and would love higher humidity. Likes to dry in between waterings, and leaves will curl if allowed to become too dry.

May need to be repotted yearly.

This plant is toxic to pets and humans.
