Ficus elastica 4-6”

Ficus elastica, better known as the rubber tree or rubber plant, boasts large, shiny, evergreen leaves ranging from 3.5 to 12 inches. Their oblong or oval shape, dark green or deep maroon color, and spiral arrangement with distinct midribs and smaller veins add to the plant's unique personality. Keep an eye out for the occasional pink or purplish stipules, and don't be surprised if you see multiple trunks or aerial roots growing into sturdy woody columns over time.
