Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii
Also known as String of Hearts, or Rosary Vine, Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii is an epiphytic dainty hanging succulent native to South Africa, Swaziland, and Zimbabwe. Found scrambling around and draping off of tree branches and trunks, this sp. is used to a bit of a higher light coniditon, as well as frequent waterings.
Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii enjoys bright indirect light to partial direct sun exposure, a well-draining soil mix, moderate to high temps, would love high humidity but can tolerate low humidity. Enjoys drying out inbetween waterings, but doesn't want to sit critically dry.
Likely won't ever need to be repotted.
